From early on, I was destined to be in the Real Estate/Building business. I’m a native Nashvillian, born and raised into a family where my mother, Cheryl was a very successful builder and Realtor, and my uncle Steve a well-respected draftsman and builder. I learned the business from an early age. I then married into the well known & respected Batson family, where my husband Keith, my father in law, Wayne and his brother, Frank are successful Builders/Developers.

Later after obtaining my BBA from Middle Tennessee State University, I became a licensed Realtor and have been active in Real Estate for over 30 years.

Day to day business in the Real Estate & construction world can be hectic to say the least. I work tirelessly to keep projects moving along, and constantly put my clients’ needs before my own.

Since I know the business from the construction side (“from the inside out”), I know what to look for & what questions to ask. I have a relationship with vendors/suppliers and can assist you with material selections & questions as well as coordinate with subcontractors on day to day business.
